FAQ

This is where you’ll find answers to common questions about our Swedish safety system, to quickly clarify important details.

Where are the products manufactured?

We have chosen to keep production in Sweden to ensure high-quality products and good working conditions. Many customers appreciate that the products are made in Sweden rather than abroad, given the current global situation.

Are your products only intended for rescue services?

No, our technical radio vest are specially designed for Invisio’s professional communication systems, where end users can include search and rescue, industry, and healthcare. They are also suitable for any other users who demand the highest level of hearing protection and communication reliability while keeping system costs down.

Why are the radios not mounted directly on the technical radio vest, but placed in a radio pocket on a technical plate?

To allow each user to have a personally fitted hearing protection in their own vest while sharing the radio, cabling, and control unit between shifts, teams, individuals, or roles—significantly reducing overall system costs.

Which radios can be used in your radio pockets?

Most of our customers use Motorola, Icom, or Sepura radios.
Our pockets also fit other brands, as we offer different variants that can be adjusted to accommodate the vast majority of radio models.

Do your technical radio vest fit someone who weighs 60 kg?

Yes, our technical radio vest slim will fit you well, as it is designed for approximately 50–95 kg.
Remember to adjust the shoulder straps first, so the vest sits high enough for the front plate to rest on your chest rather than your stomach. Then tighten the side straps and trim their length so they don’t hang loose or flap around.

Can Equipe and Rescue be adapted for different rescue missions?

The system is modular and can be customized to meet specific requirements from different rescue services and scenarios.
